The high-pressure centrifugal fan mainly uses a motor to drive the impeller to rotate, so that the gas is subjected to the centrifugal force to generate flow, thereby converting kinetic energy into potential energy. Specifically, its working principle includes the following steps:
Start: The electric motor starts and drives the impeller to rotate through a transmission device (such as a direct connection or belt drive).
Intake: The air is sucked in from the air inlet of the ventilator. Before entering the impeller, it may pass through a guide device to ensure that the airflow flows smoothly into the impeller.
Power conversion: As the gas flows through the impeller, the curved design on the blades causes the gas to be forced outward and move in a spiral path. At this time, the gas speed increases due to the centrifugal force exerted by the blades by the particles, and gains additional energy and pressure as it moves to the edge of the impeller.
Pressurized exhaust: When the gas reaches the outer edge of the impeller, it has achieved a relatively high speed and pressure. Then, it enters the diffuser or volute (a gradually expanding channel), which slows down the speed of the gas, thus converting more kinetic energy into static pressure energy.
Exhaust: Finally, the gas leaves the ventilator in a pressurized state and is delivered to the desired location through the air outlet.
