KT40 Type External Axial Flow Fan

The G, Y6-51 type boiler induced draft fan is mainly used for the induced draft system of steam boilers in thermal power plants with capacities ranging from 2t/h to 670t/h, and it also meets the performance parameters required for high-pressure applications in fluidized bed boilers. This series of fans can also be used for dust removal, mine ventilation, and general ventilation systems.
High-pressure centrifugal fan 9-19
The 9-19A type high-pressure centrifugal fan is generally used for smelting furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation systems. It can be widely used for transporting materials, air, and non-corrosive, non-combustible gases that do not contain sticky substances. The medium temperature generally does not exceed 50°C (with a maximum of 80°C). The dust and hard particles contained in the medium should not exceed 150 mg/m3.
The G4-73 and Y4-73 type boilers' induced draft and forced draft fans are mainly suitable for the induced draft and forced draft fan systems of steam boilers ranging from 2 to 670 tons/hour in thermal power plants. In the absence of other special requirements, the G4-73 can also be used for mine ventilation and general ventilation.
Before the fan, a dust removal device must be installed to minimize the dust content in the flue gas entering the fan as much as possible. According to the general usage conditions of power plants, the efficiency of the installed dust collector must not be less than 85%.
The main features of the G, Y7-41 type industrial boiler induced draft fan are: high fan efficiency, high total pressure, low noise, flat performance curve, and a wide economic operating range. It uses backward curved blades, and the efficiency at the ideal operating point within the total pressure is 86.5%. The noise level (A-weighted sound level) is LS=11.5 decibels. These two indicators are better than those of various existing industrial boiler induced draft fans in the country. If this fan achieves the same flow and pressure as other models, the fan shaft speed can be significantly reduced (generally by 200 to 800 revolutions per minute), which greatly lowers the fan noise and ensures stable and reliable operation.
The medium conveyed by the ventilator is air, with a maximum temperature not exceeding 80°C. The induced draft fan conveys flue gas, and at the same flow rate, this induced draft fan can increase the pressure by more than 30% compared to the original Y5-47 boiler induced draft fan. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for industrial boilers with a capacity of 1 to 20 tons per hour that use spiral pipes and are equipped with multi-tube dust collectors.
