Purpose
The 8-09 and 9-12 high-pressure centrifugal blowers are special blowers that are used with 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 t/h iron melting furnaces. They can also be used as blowers for various furnaces and forging furnaces, for conveying air and non-corrosive, non-self-igniting gases without sticky substances. Other similar performance blowers can also be selected. The temperature of the conveyed medium must not exceed 80℃, and the content of dust and hard particles in the medium must not exceed 150 mg/m³. 3。
Type and Structure
These blowers are all single-suction. The 8-09 type blower has five model numbers designed by our factory: N26.8A, 7.1D, 8D, 8.5D, and 9D. The 9-12 type blower has six model numbers designed by our factory: N6.8A, 7.1A, 7.4D, 7.7A, 8D, and 9D.
The 8-09 and 9-12 blowers can be manufactured in two types: clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation. Viewed from the motor end, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a clockwise blower, indicated by "clockwise"; otherwise, it is called a counterclockwise blower, indicated by "counterclockwise".
The outlet position of the blower is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. Both "clockwise" and "counterclockwise" blowers can be manufactured with three angles: 0°, 90°, and 180°.
The 8-09 and 9-12 blowers consist of an impeller, casing, inlet, transmission assembly, seals, and base. For the 8-09 type with model numbers N7.1, 8, and 8.5, an integral structure is used. For the 9-12 type with model numbers N8 and N9, and for the 8-09 type with model number N9, a partially assembled structure is used.
