The 9-19 and 9-26 type high-pressure centrifugal fans are generally used for blast furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation. They can also be widely used for transporting materials, air, and gases that are non-corrosive, non-combustible, non-explosive, non-volatile, and do not contain sticky substances.

    9-19 and 9-26 high-pressure centrifugal fans are generally used for blast furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation, and can also be widely used for transporting materials, air, and gases that are non-corrosive, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-volatile, and do not contain sticky substances. The medium temperature generally does not exceed 50℃ (maximum not exceeding 80℃), and the dust and hard particle content in the medium does not exceed 150mg/m.3.

    Type

    This fan is a single suction type, usually available in 13 models: №4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, and 16.

    This fan is usually made in both right-handed and left-handed types. When viewed from the motor end, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-handed fan, indicated by 'right'; if it rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left-handed fan, indicated by 'left'.

    The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. Both 'left' and 'right' can be made in six angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°.

    The transmission modes of the fan are divided into three types: A type (N4~6.3), D type, and C type (7.1~16).

    Structure

    N4~6.3 mainly consists of the impeller, casing, air inlet, and support; N7.1~16 mainly consists of the impeller, casing, air inlet, and transmission group.

    Impeller - The 9-19 type fan has 12 blades, while the 9-26 type fan has 16 blades, both of which are front-curved types. The maximum circumferential speed at the outer edge of the impeller cannot exceed 140m/s. After forming, the impeller undergoes static and dynamic balancing correction and overspeed operation tests, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
    Casing - Welded into a spiral shape using ordinary steel plates.
    Air Inlet - Designed as a converging streamlined structure, bolted to the front cover.
    Transmission Group - Composed of the main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and the bearing box is an integral structure using rolling bearings, lubricated with bearing grease.

    Maintenance

    ① The fan and its system are not allowed to operate with faults.
    ② The fan should be managed and used by designated personnel.
    ③ Regularly remove dust, dirt, and other impurities from the inside of the fan to prevent rust.
    ④ Maintenance of the fan must be carried out when the power is off, and a designated person should monitor the main switch after power off.
    ⑤ During maintenance and trial operation of the fan, children, unrelated personnel, and those with limited mobility are prohibited from watching.
    ⑥ During the trial operation of the fan, no one is allowed to stand within 10 meters of the fan's inlet and outlet.
    ⑦ Before and after repairing the fan, tools and other items should be counted to prevent them from being left in the fan and pipeline.
    ⑧ Except for lubricating oil, which should be replaced after each major repair, lubricating oil should be replaced according to actual conditions under normal circumstances.

    Faults and Causes

    1. Severe vibration of the fan
    ① The fan shaft is misaligned with the motor shaft, and the pulley grooves are misaligned;
    ② Friction between the casing and the impeller or between the air inlet and the impeller;
    ③ Insufficient or unstable foundation stiffness;
    ④ Loose impeller rivets or deformation of the impeller;
    ⑤ Loose fit between the impeller shaft hole and the shaft;
    ⑥ Loose connection bolts between the casing, bearing seat, and support;
    ⑦ Poor installation of the inlet and outlet pipelines of the fan, leading to resonance;
    ⑧ Dust, dirt on the blades, blade wear, impeller deformation, shaft bending, etc., causing rotor imbalance.

    2. Excessive bearing temperature rise
    ① Severe vibration of the bearing box;
    ② Poor quality of lubricants, deterioration, or containing dust, sand, dirt, and other impurities, or insufficient filling;
    ③ The fastening force of the bolts connecting the bearing box cover and seat is too large or too small;
    ④ The main shaft and rolling bearing are installed at an angle, with misalignment between the front and rear bearings;
    ⑤ Rolling bearing damage or bending of the main shaft.

    3. Excessive motor current or temperature rise
    ① The inlet and outlet pipeline valves are not closed during startup;
    ② The input voltage of the motor is low or the power supply is single-phase cut off;
    ③ Severely affected by vibration of the bearing box;
    ④ The main shaft speed exceeds the rated value;
    ⑤ The input gas contains sticky substances;
    ⑥ The ambient temperature is too low, with a large proportion.
